At Cool Family Club, all items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@thecoolfamilyclub.com within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

WRONG ADDRESS / UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to claim the shipment
You will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Unclaimed items may be returned to our fulfillment partner’s facility and, if not claimed, may be donated or disposed of without refund.
